The Visitor Information Center is open to answer questions and provide expert advice on how to make the most of your stay in the Providence area. Our information specialists can assist you with planning either an entire trip - from accommodations to transportation – or a fun-filled day.

We are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Providence, at the Rhode Island Convention Center and are just steps away from hotels, restaurants, shopping and other major attractions. Short-term parking is available at the main entrance of the Convention Center, with additional parking options available at the nearby Convention Center and Providence Place mall parking lots. Public restrooms and an ATM are also available.
