Located in the heart of downtown Providence, the Rhode Island Convention Center Complex is comprised of three multi-purpose facilities – the Rhode Island Convention Center (RICC), the Dunkin' Donuts Center (Dunk), and the Veterans Memorial Arts & Cultural Center (VMA) - capable of hosting trade shows, consumer shows, exhibits, receptions, banquets, meetings and conventions.

The RICC consists of a 100,000-contiguous-square-foot exhibition hall, a 20,000-square-foot ballroom, 23 meeting rooms and the Rotunda Room, which provides spectacular views of the city.  There are also two adjacent garages with 2,400 parking spaces. The 564-room Omni Providence Hotel is connected via skywalk. The RICC also has one of the most highly skilled, progressive and user friendly union labor environments in the country. The Center utilizes a unique "one team" approach where all labor needs (outside of electrical and plumbing) are handled by one group.  This means less people to work with and lower costs on the show floor.

The adjacent 13,000-seat Dunk was recently renovated and is now connected to the RICC via a pedestrian skywalk. The Dunk also includes more than 35,000 square feet of multi-functional meeting and public space and features 31,000 square feet of arena space, a ceiling height of 90 feet, a 25,000 square foot concourse, and a new 12,000 square foot lobby.

The 1,900-seat VMA, an historic performing arts venue, is the newest addition to the Complex family.  Known for its superb acoustics and great sight lines, the VMA is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Providence is easily accessible by the T.F. Green airport, just 15 minutes away; by Amtrak's Acela regional and express trains running daily up and down the Northeast corridor and by Interstate 95, the main thoroughfare for the East Coast, at Rhode Island's exit 22. Providence has a strong drive market, and is within 500 miles of 25 percent of the country's population and several major cities such as Boston, New York, Hartford, Springfield and the six New England States.
