Birds From Down Under
Stroll through a habitat with more than 450 birds native to Australia at Roger Williams Park Zoo's "Birds From Down Under" exhibit. Experience feeding these colorful birds and learn about their conservation challenges. Admission is $3 and the exhibit opens at 10:30 a.m.
Head over to the Rhode Island Comedy Connection for a night of laughs. Danny Kelly, a California native turned New Englander, has been doing comedy since 1993. Kelly's comedy routine regularly includes banter from the crowd. There are two shows, one at 8 p.m. and another at 10 p.m.

Kristin Chenoweth at The PPAC Annual Gala
Catch the Emmy and Tony Award-winning actress and singer Kristin Chenoweth as she performs along with the Rhode Island Philharmonic at the Providence Performing Arts Center's Annual Gala. The Gala starts at 8 p.m.
New England Family Fun Festival
Visit the Alex and Ani City Center for this year's New England Family Fun Festival. Enjoy fun interactive games, live performances, music and food. The festival is on both Saturday and Sunday and starts at 11 a.m.
Sunday, April 17
Italian singer Giada Valenti takes her audience on a romantic journey at The VETS this Sunday, as she sings her own interpretations of hits from the '60s, '70s and '80s, as well as today. Sunday's show starts at 7:30 p.m.
