Summer Pops 2016
Head down to Misquamicut State Beach for the 2016 Summer Pops, a weekend-long extravaganza with amusements, music, food and more. There will also be performances by The Chorus of Westerly. Tickets are $7 and kids under 3 are free.
Delve into the cruel and unusual side-show business as "Side Show" makes its debut at Trinity Repertory Company. "Side Show" follows the true story of Violet and Daisy, conjoined twins who were pulled out of their home and put into a traveling freak show. The show starts at 7:30 p.m.

Start your night off with some laughs at the Rhode Island Comedy Connection. Josh Johnson is a national touring comedian winning awards in New York and Chicago, and has been featured on Comedy Central's "Comics to Watch." His two shows start at 8 and 10 p.m.
Richard Nader's Doo Wop and Rock & Roll All Stars
If music is more your style, head over to The VETS for a night of music from the golden age of doo wop and rock & roll. This legendary lineup includes Gene Chandler, Lenny Welch, Cleveland Still and The Dubs, and many more! The show starts at 8 p.m.

The weather is getting nicer and that means it's time to hit the bike paths. Join the RI Bike Coalition on their East Coast Greenway Ride starting at India Point Park in Providence. You'll follow the Blackstone River Bikeway and make stops at historical places and parks. The ride starts at 9 a.m.
