Baby Animals at the Providence Children's Museum
Join the Providence Animal Rescue League (PARL) at the Providence Children's Museum as they bring in plenty of fun and fluffy animals for the kids to play with. PARL will be featuring bunnies, teacup pigs and even some chicks. All ages are welcome. There will be two showings at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Easter Bunny Visits at the Carousel Village
Head on over to the Carousel Village at Roger Williams Park to visit with the Easter Bunny. He will be at the Carousel Village at 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. visiting with the kids and riding on the carousel. Children can even take photos with the Easter Bunny with their own cameras. Visits are $5 for children 2 and older. Carousel rides are not included in the visit. There will also be Food Trucks there provided by FoodTrucksIn for some special treats.
Saturday, March 26
The Comedy Connection of Rhode Island welcomes Dan Crohn back to the stage for a night of laughs. Originally from New England, Dan has been traveling the country doing stand-up for the past seven years. This weekend he brings his show back to the area. There are two shows on Saturday night, one at 8 p.m. and the second at 10 p.m.
Head to the Dunkin' Donuts Center to see the Harlem Globetrotters' 90-year celebration. The Harlem Globetrotters have been entertaining families all around the world for nine decades. On Sunday you'll be able to see some of your favorite stars like Big Easy Lofton, Ant Atkinson, Hi-Lite Bruton, Thunder Law, Bull Bullard and Cheese Chisholm. The show starts at 2 p.m.
