If you've ever been to a WaterFire event you've seen TEN31's creations. They come in the shape of gargoyles, living statues and even characters from your favorite storybooks. Recently, we visited TEN31 Productions over in Pawtucket to film how-to makeup videos for Halloween. Join us as Joe Pari from TEN31 creates a scarecrow with a few basic elements.
