Recently we went over to The Dorrance to visit our neighborhood mixologist Vito Lanz. Vito showed us how to make a few drinks, including one of my favorites the "If You Like Drinking Negronis." The Negroni is a cocktail that is usually made up of gin, vermouth, and Campari which gives it the bitter taste. Vito showed us how he makes their version of the Negroni at The Dorrance.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz  - Sons of Liberty The Belgian Wheat Act Gin
3/4 oz. - Kina L'Aéro d'Or Aperitif Wine
1 dash - Angostura Bitters
1 dropper - Bittermens Xocolatl Mole
Ice
Orange

Recipe:

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass.
Add in ice to the brim.
Stir in ice until cold.
Pour over a large ice cube in an Old Fashioned glass, straining out extra ice. 
Garnish with orange peel.
