Recently we went over to The Dorrance to visit our neighborhood mixologist Vito Lanz. Vito showed us how to make a few drinks, including one of my favorites the "If You Like Drinking Negronis." The Negroni is a cocktail that is usually made up of gin, vermouth, and Campari which gives it the bitter taste. Vito showed us how he makes their version of the Negroni at The Dorrance.
