 Friday, May 22: 

Bring Your Own Improv
Enjoy this family-friendly comedy show at the Warwick Museum of Art this Friday. This interactive improv show encourages participation from the audience to bring everyone in on the action. The show starts at 7 p.m.

Mike McCarthy Comedy Show
Sit back and enjoy some laughs at the Comedy Connection of Rhode Island in East Providence. Mike McCarthy, Comedy Central and Showtime regular, will be sharing his high-energy style of humor with everyone. Named the "Comedy Barbarian," this show is not to be missed. Show starts at 8 p.m.

 Saturday, May 23:

13th Annual Matty Fund's 5k Run/Walk
Help children and families affected by epilepsy, and get a workout while doing it! The 13th Annual Matty Fund's 5k Run/Walk is taking place at the Quonset Business Park in North Kingstown. The Matty Fund was started in memory of Matty Siravo, an energetic child who unfortunately lost his life in 2003 due to complications from epilepsy. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the race starts at 10 a.m.

WaterFire First Full Lighting
WaterFire will be having the first full lighting of the season starting at sunset this Saturday. Enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of WaterFire, an art installation of nearly 100 bonfires set ablaze on the surface of three rivers right in the middle of Providence. This WaterFire is sponsored by Bank of America and Brown University in celebration of its 250th Anniversary.

 Sunday, May 24:

Jump In at the Providence Children's Museum
The weather is perfect to be outside and play. Head over to the Providence Children's Museum's Children's Garden to get active with jump ropes. Kids will hop, skip and jump as they experiment with different kinds of ropes and learn along the way. The fun starts at 9 a.m.
