Welcome to another GoProvidence Weekend Roundup. Food trucks, fun comedians and one of the best PrideFests ever round up this weekend.


 Friday, June 19: 

Food Truck Friday
Happening this Friday, and every Friday in June, is Food Truck Fridays at the Roger Williams Park Carousel Village. Enjoy a smorgasbord of great food from some of the area's best food trucks. The trucks will be there from 4:30 - 8 p.m.

Don't Stop the Music: Roz & the Rice Cakes
As part of the Providence Public Library's Don't Stop the Music showcase, Roz & the Rice Cakes will be having a release party for their newest single "Close Encounter." Enjoy a live performance from this one-of-a-kind local band along with Classical High School Jazz and Rock Band and Megafauna. The show starts at 7 p.m.

 Saturday, June 20:

Daniel Tosh
Head over to the Providence Performing Arts Center to enjoy the gut-busting and over-the-edge comedy of Daniel Tosh. Tosh is known for his television show, "Tosh.0," which takes a comedic look at viral videos. The PPAC stop is part of his "The Great Nor'Easter Tour" with two performances at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

RI PrideFest & Illuminated Night Parade
Get ready for the 40th Annual RI PrideFest & Illuminated Night Parade! Join the celebration and festivities which include live performances, a vendor market, a beer, wine and spirits garden, and even a kids zone! All of these events will start at noon and, as always, you'll be able to experience one of the best night parades starting at 8:45 p.m.

 Sunday, June 21:
