 Friday, July 10: 

MetLife Family Friday at Providence Children's Museum
Free? Who doesn't like free? the Providence Children's Museum is open for free every Friday night now through Labor Day from 5 - 8 p.m. Stay up late and discover My Sky, a new exhibit that explores the wonders of the universe. This event is sponsored by the MetLife Foundation.

PawSox vs. Lehigh Valley IronPigs
Summertime means baseball. Check out the Pawtucket Red Sox at McCoy Stadium as they take on the Lehigh Valley IronPigs in a minor league showdown. McCoy Stadium is the perfect place to take the family. Be sure to say "hi" to Paws while you're there. The game starts at 7:05 p.m.

 Saturday, July 11:

An Evening with Amanda Palmer
Head on over to the historic Columbus Theatre to catch Amanda Palmer with PWR BTTM and special guest Neil Gaiman. The Columbus Theatre is the perfect setting for this eclectic rock band to perform. Tickets are $30 and the show starts at 9 p.m.

Summer Series at Roger Williams National Memorial 
Support your local public park with the Manton Avenue Project's most recent play "This Land Is Our Land: the Public Park Plays." This project is presented as part of the 50th anniversary of the Roger Williams National Memorial. These plays are a culmination of short plays by first time young playwrights in the Manton Avenue Project. The show starts at 6:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public.

Providence Restaurant Weeks' 10th Anniversary Kickoff!
