The new brunch menu is a collaboration between Executive Chef Matthew MacCartney and Chef de Cuisine Alex Dill. FiSH classics such as Oeufs En Meurette-poached eggs with red wine, bacon, shallots, and mushrooms and Fabio’s Eggs-scrambled egg whites with a spicy tomato sauce atop country bread with the yolk in the center are back. New additions include a Southern Style spin on Eggs Benedict-two poached eggs, southern braised greens, over creamy grits and Bacalhau a Bras-a traditional Portuguese egg dish with salted cod, olives,herbs, and fried shoestring potatoes.
