The Rooftop at the Providence G continues its wine dinner series on with a special Game & Bordeaux dinner prepared by acclaimed chef and avid local sportsman, Robert Sisca. Game dishes will be paired with exclusive wines from Bordeaux, featuring first and second growth chateaus, distributed by MS Walker Fine Wines & Spirits.
Chef Robert Sisca recently completed the summer season at Garde East, one of G Hospitality’s sister restaurants on Martha’s Vineyard, where he strongly emphasizes the local summer bounty. He eagerly looks forward to Fall in New England, and the opportunity to present a game dinner on the Rooftop here in Providence.
“Things I love in life: My wife Bree, twin boys Hunter and Jameson, cooking and the outdoors. Fall is one of my favorite seasons. Every free moment I have, I try to spend outdoors in the woods scouting, hunting and fishing. I always look forward to cooking game dinners and each time I create a new menu, I get more and more excited to bring together all of these passions. Pairing this menu with an amazing line up of Bordeaux wines combined with our views from the Rooftop truly make this an evening not to be missed.”
Chef Sisca’s Game & Bordeaux Dinner will begin at 6:30pm on Monday, November 13, with a reception including an assortment of passed hors d’oeuvres followed by a seated four-course dinner. Five wine pairings will feature exclusive wines from Bordeaux, including first and second growth chateaus, distributed by MS Walker Fine Wines & Spirits. Tickets can be purchased online.
