The WSO opens its 50th Anniversary Season with two performances of our Fall Series "Flashback '66" in which we'll revisit some works from WSO's very first season as well as chart-topping tunes from 1966 and the world premiere of "Jubilee" by RI-native composer Peter Dutilly. Selections will include: Offenbach's "Ballet Parisien," "Star Trek Through the Years," musical salutes to Frank Sinatra and the Beatles, as well as selections from "Camelot" and "The Fair of Sorochinski," and "Jubilee" for orchestra and narrator-- special guest Mayor Scott Avedisian. The WSO will also be joined by high school students from the Warwick and Cranston Public Schools for selected works. General admission is $10 with Children 12 and under FREE. Both facilities are fully handicapped accessible.
