It's easy to become a Providence/Warwick Ambassador. Simply recommend Providence or Warwick to the planning committee for your organization's next event. From there, the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau will work with you and your colleagues to:
- Research hotel availability and rates
- Recommend off-site venues and free time activities
- Host site inspections of the area for decision makers
- Assist with additional details to make the event a success
- Create itineraries for attendees
