I have taken two classes at Professor Chef, and I highly recommend the experience for a fun (and delicious) night out! Food+wine+friends+learning=a winning recipe in my book! Malinda and Phil are funny and charming hosts who encourage their guests to take a hands on approach to the lesson. Everyone gets a chance to prepare a part of the meal (with guidance and instruction) classes are organized by themes (dinner in paris, dinner in tuscany, downton abby dinner, cooking with wine….) and include appetizer, entree and dessert (and did i mention a nice glass of home made wine?!). I highly recommend this fun and different night out!

This is the absolute best environment to learn how to cook seemingly impossible meals in an easy way. I took the Thanksgiving boot camp class and it crammed so much in a short time. This was the best holiday we’ve ever had! I cooked 2 turkeys, pumpkin bisque, cranberry sauce, fresh bread, stuffing, Brussel sprouts with bacon, delicious gravy and more without a single bit of worry or stress. Not to mention that the class itself was so much fun, with so much individual, hands on learning. If you want to take the mystery out of cooking there is no better teacher than Professor Chef!
