Tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic reduction, garlic & parsley pretzel bun

Grilled Cheese
Melted Havarti & cheddar, asiago & parmesan pretzel bun

Bacon, lettuce, tomato and your choice of aioli: garlic, pesto or chipotle

Sliced turkey, Havarti, tomato, romaine, spicy brown house beer mustard

Roast Beef
Sliced roast beef, shaved red onion, red cabbage slaw, garlic aioli

Cannellini bean, walnut, cranberry & goat cheese pate, sliced pear, arugula

Caprese Salad
Fresh sliced mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, basil leaves, layered between fresh baked pretzel crostini, drizzled with balsamic vinegar

House Salad
Choice of arugula or chopped romaine lettuce, walnuts, dried cranberries, orange slices, cherry tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles served with pretzel croutons and a side of in-house made citrus vinaigrette
