KL Communications is pleased to announce the 2012 Fine Furnishings Shows’ schedule. The New Year brings some exciting date and venue changes in Baltimore and Providence while still providing attendees at all three shows with the quality craftsmanship and innovative designs that make each a unique experience. This year each location will feature new product debuts, the Annual Best in Show awards, demonstrations, special exhibits and more. And watch for ads, posters and other marketing materials with a fresh new look for the shows—new colors and numerous images of all of the exciting work you will see this year.

The 4th Annual Baltimore Fine Furnishings Show makes its first appearance in an exhibit building at the Maryland State Fairgrounds May 4 – 6, 2012. In addition to the State Fair, this venue has been the home for a wide range of trade, consumer, and craft shows for many years. “This new venue will give exhibitors and attendees easy access on and off the highway to a ground floor building, free parking, plenty of food and lodging options, and a new Wegmans grocery store nearby,” says Show Manager Karla Little.

The 7th Annual Milwaukee Fine Furnishings Show returns to The Garage at the Harley-Davidson Museum October 5 – 7, 2012. The rich heritage of Harley-Davidson and the spectacular architectural backdrop the museum provides continues to be an inspirational venue for attendees and exhibitors alike.

Rounding out the show calendar is The 17th Annual Providence Fine Furnishings Show. The show offers an exciting venue change this year as it debuts at the Pawtucket Armory Arts Center November 2 – 4, 2012. The longest running of the three shows, the new venue will be one of the many exciting surprises at the Providence Show. “I have been looking for a new home for the show for several years and have always loved the Armory building. It has been home to the Foundry Christmas Craft Show for a few years,” says Little. “The building has gorgeous architecture and a new owner who has made wonderful improvements. Pawtucket is growing as an arts center and destination for art and craft, so we are excited to be a part of this movement.”

Join us in building the buzz for the 2012 show season. The Fine Furnishings Shows bring a talented mix of furniture makers and artists from across North America to each show location. The shows offer attendees the opportunity to buy, order, or commission handcrafted furniture, accessories, fine art, and craft in a variety of styles from a wide range of exhibitors.
