Chef Walter Potenza is a two-time Master Chef and educator residing in Providence, Rhode Island. His fields of culinary expertise include regional Italian, Sephardic, historical, terracotta, diabetes, celiac and more. Honored by the Italian government as an Ambassador of Cucina Italiana, a worldwide award, Chef Walter teaches in his homonymous cooking school in Providence, Dubai, Beijing and Italy. His restaurant, Potenza, is a recipient of the “Q” Award as a “Top 150 Italian Restaurant” in the U.S. by the Italian Ministry of Tourism.
