It's here! The Hope Street Merchants Association Annual Spring Block Party is on Saturday, June 2, from noon to 6. Be there to see what all the noise is about.

Seriously folks, this free event is not to be missed. From 5th Street to Rochambeau on the East Side of Providence, we're ready to throw the biggest neighborhood block party in the city.

Two — not one, but two — live stages of music bookend this family-oriented event, featuring Afrimanding and Medusah Black. And, can you really call it a party without the Extraordinary Rendition Band?

We have food trucks, so bring a little pocket change. You won’t want to miss out on these fabulous treats. See why Providence is The Creative Capital.

For the very first time we have Live Pro(v) Wrestling. Say what? If watching this all-inclusive wrestling should get your thirst on, then have no fear. Gansett, Revival, Little Bitte Cocktails, Don Julio, Ketel One Vodka and our Rosé Bar should help slake that thirst. Proceeds benefit Festival Ballet Providence.

For the kids, we have the Y on the Move obstacle course, a rock climbing wall, a glass blowing demonstration, a Chinese lion performance, Big Nazo, a fashion show and seed planting with the Dwares JCC.

Thank you to our sponsors, Wingate Residences, the Providence Tourism Council and many more.
