It's officially summer and there's no shortage of things going on in the city and across the state. Here's an update on what's happening here at the PWCVB and with you, our partners.

PWCVB NEWS
Providence Restaurant Weeks

Providence Restaurant Weeks is in full swing now through July 21, featuring three-course lunches available for $16.95, dinners for $29.95 or $34.95, and two-for-one deals. This summer's event sponsor is Keel Vodka. Be sure to check out our Restaurant Weeks contest, giving away a trio of gift cards to Gracie's, Siena and Tumblesalts Cafe.

The PWCVB has recently partnered with OnceThere to offer our residents and out-of-town guests a means to purchasing tickets in advance/online to various attractions from around the area. Currently, we have more than 20 offerings. Check out this awesome opportunity here.

Our next Partner Meeting is on Tuesday, July 24, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at the Squantum Association in Riverside. RSVP to CRM Database and Research Coordinator Beth-Anne Tremaine.

As always, be sure to add your events to our online calendar. If you have any questions or difficulties please reach out to PWCVB Digital Media Manager Nick Millard.

Jamestown Fish has some great news. They were named one of America’s 100 Best Wine Restaurants of 2018 by Wine Enthusiast. The only restaurant in Rhode Island to be selected, Jamestown Fish is also one of only seven restaurants in New England to make the list.

Warwick has been busy lately with hotel openings and updates. Homewood Suites by Hilton Providence - Warwick has announced that they've begun renovating the property, which should tentatively be wrapped up by the end of September. The new 125-room Hyatt Place Warwick/Providence opened its doors in June. Nearby, the 202-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Providence Airport, formerly the Comfort Inn Warwick, recently opened. Both offer easy access to Green International Airport and are great additions to our destination's hotel offerings.
