Welcome to another GoProvidence Weekend Roundup. Rocking reggae, a comedic superstar and a beer fest are just a few things that are coming this weekend.


 Friday, October 16: 

Fall Waterfront Reggae Concert 
India Point Park became a hub of amazing events this summer, and more events are on the way. This Friday is the Fall Waterfront Reggae Concert featuring Collie Buddz. Guest DJs include DJ Paul Michael and DJ Matik, with The Ravers opening. General admission tickets are $25 in advance, and the show starts at 6 p.m.

Chicago, one of the most important bands in the rock and roll era, is going to be performing at the Providence Performing Arts Center for one night only. Enjoy classic hits like "If You Leave Me Now" and "You're the Inspiration" in the beautiful PPAC. The show starts at 8 p.m.

 Saturday, October 17:

Kevin Hart: What Now? Tour
Kevin Hart is coming to Providence with his What Now? Tour. Head over to the Dunkin' Donuts Center to see one of the biggest acts in comedy right now. Hart has starred in nearly 40 films since his start in 2002, including recent movies such as "The Wedding Ringer" and "Ride Along." The show starts at 7:30 p.m.

Downtown Providence Living Tour 
Looking to relocate to Providence? We have plenty to offer, and plenty of space. Take a Downtown Providence Living Tour and see 11 apartments and condos in one afternoon. The tours include itineraries for things to do while downtown and start at AS220. Shuttles and even Sol Chariots pedicab rides will be available. Tours start at 11 a.m.

 Sunday, October 18:

The 23rd International Oktoberfest
Join the official send-off to the summer at this year's International Oktoberfest! Seasonal brews and savory German cuisine, along with live music, are at the center of this festival. This is a 21+ event and runs from Saturday to Sunday.
