Brittany DeCosta has more than 15 years in the customer service industry, including eight years as a retail manager for Seven Stars Bakery. She has held every front-of-house position from barista to manager and everything in between! Brittany has been with Knead Doughnuts since 2017 and played a key role in helping open up three of their four locations. Brittany believes that an emphasis on service — both to your employees and your customers — is key to a successful company. She is continually looking for ways to empower her staff to make each customer’s experience a unique and memorable one.
