Ingredients:
- Pesto Ingredients:
- 1 jar sundried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1 container Dave's Prepared Grilled Chicken
- 2 16-ounce containers zucchini noodles
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Method of Preparation:
Mix pesto ingredients together in a food processor.
Slice grilled chicken into strips.
Add oil to a pan on medium heat. Add zucchini noodles and cook for approximately 3 minutes, tossing frequently.
Add pesto and sliced chicken into pan with noodles. Toss to mix ingredients.
