Fall has something for everyone. It's football season, spooky season and sweater season. But more importantly, it's soup season! Time to break out the slow cooker and indulge in all the soups and chilis you can eat. This White Chicken Chili from Dave's Fresh Marketplace is the perfect set-it-and-forget-it meal. Whether you need a hearty meal after a day of fall family fun or something tasty to bring to this weekend's Patriots potluck, we're sure this will be a hit!

Servings: 8 Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 4–8 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 4-ounce cans diced green chilis
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, oregano & garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 2 pounds boneless/skinless chicken thighs
- 1 quart chicken broth
- 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 15.5-ounce can cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 8.75-ounce can sweet corn, drained & rinsed
- 1/2 cup salsa verde
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- Garnish: cheddar cheese, avocado, tortilla strips, lime
Method of Preparation:
In the slow cooker, add onion, garlic, green chilis, spices, chicken and chicken broth.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
Shred the chicken with two forks.
Stir in the cheddar cheese, sour cream, white beans, corn, salsa verde and cilantro.
Mix until the shredded cheese and sour cream have melted into the soup.
Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
