Summer’s come to an end, but PVD Food Truck Events certainly haven’t. In fact, some of our most exciting events of the year happen when the sun isn’t so strong! So bundle up for autumn and warm up with hot food truck fare.

Don’t miss us in Warwick, at both new and familiar sites! Visit us first at the Gamm Theatre for dinner and a show. We’ve got your favorite foods covered, while the Gamm knows how to entertain. The theater will provide a full bar, face painting, Juggles the Clown and a roaming photo booth amongst your favorite mobile eats. Check out a sneak-peek of the dress rehearsal at 7 p.m.

Later in the month, drive back down historic Broad Street and pull into the Pawtuxet Village Gazebo. The food trucks and Trinity Brewhouse not only have amazing eats and drinks but a fantastic view of the Providence River and the boats that go by.

Warm food and new drinks are ever-enticing as fall draws near. The cocktail menu at Sons of Liberty changes seasonally, highlighting its unique spirits and local ingredients. You’re sure to find something in the tasting room that pairs great with food truck fare! Tune in outside to live music by classic rock band Farm Dog.

McCoy Stadium, Pawtucket

This is one of the most exciting events we have to wrap up summer! With 27 food trucks parked on the McCoy Stadium field, this is our largest event of the entire season. We also have 30 craft breweries (50% more than last year!) confirmed to pour their specialty beers.

There are two types of tickets available to purchase ahead of time or same-day:
VIP Early Entry Tickets ($40 advance, $45 day-of): Early field entry at 5 p.m., custom pint glass, $5 food voucher, 10 beer sample tickets, and two flexible general admission tickets to any 2020 PawSox game.

Regular Tickets ($20 advance, $25 day-of): $5 food voucher, 10 beer sample tickets, and two flexible general admission tickets to any 2020 PawSox game.

This is your last chance to visit us in Warwick, and we’re going back to old favorites to say farewell. Park your lawn chair or picnic blanket on the grass near the gazebo at the Norwood Library, and be sure to say hello to Trinity Brewhouse while you’re there. We’ll come full circle at the end of the month, returning to our first stop: Warwick City Hall.

Locals and tourists alike come to WaterFire every summer to check out great local stops and the beautifully illuminated river, and every October they gather for a very special cause. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the food trucks are teaming up with the Gloria Gemma Foundation at Flames of Hope, where thousands of people impacted by breast cancer come together in downtown Providence to light the way towards hope and healing. Find us in the festival village among inspiring exhibits and live music.

Southern New England Giant Pumpkin Growers Weigh-Off

Frerichs Farm, Warren

Just like how PVD Food Truck Events are known for stellar food, Frerichs Farm is known for its giant pumpkins. In fact, the largest pumpkin in North America was weighed right here in 2015! Grab some food from the trucks and see for yourself whether 2019 will be another record-breaker. Kids will also love the pumpkin and dragon rides. Admission is free, but parking is $5.

Admission to all events is free (unless otherwise noted above). Every food truck accepts cash, credit and debit. There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the premises.

Fall and the Halloween season are upon us, and Providence, RI is brimming with ways to celebrate this most wicked time of year. Stroll along the illuminated winding paths at the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular and be amazed by the thousands of intricately carved pumpkins. Take a walk on Providence's paranormal side on a Providence Ghost Tour. Enjoy a cocktail and a bite at one of the city's local haunts.
