What used to be a highway is now one of the most photographed spots in Providence. In this episode of PVD POV, Alana and I sit down with Jacob Nathan, Park Manager for the 195 District Park, to talk about how the city's newest green space became its busiest gathering place.
Jacob shares how the park now hosts 300+ annual events, from free yoga to major cultural festivals, and why its walkable waterfront helped earn Providence a national nod as one of the country's most walkable cities.
