Get ready to kick off the new year with a bang! The Providence Tourism Council and the City of Providence have announced the return of a citywide New Year's Eve Celebration on Sunday, December 31, 2023.
Head to 195 Innovation District Park, where festivities will begin at 5:30 p.m. Keep an eye out for roaming entertainment like the Extraordinary Rendition Brass Band. Food trucks and interactive art activations will provide fun for all ages. For more "adult" fun, The Guild will be serving drinks in a heated tent.
A WaterFire lighting surrounding the Michael Van Leesten Pedestrian Bridge will begin at 7 p.m., followed by the Providence Tourism Council's Illuminate PVD Fireworks show at 8:30 p.m. You're sure to have a great view of the fireworks from the pedestrian bridge!
