We know you're looking for those quick tidbits of information that you need to know before you arrive for a meeting or event, so we put them all in one spot for you. Wondering where to park? We've got you covered. Looking for some events to check out during your free time? We have that, too! Check out the dropdowns below for some quick info.

  • Visitor Services

Please visit our information center on the ground floor of the Rhode Island Convention Center. Our staff is available Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. to assist with restaurant reservations, attraction recommendations and in-town transportation options, as well as help with pre- and post-day trips.

  • The Rhode Island Convention Center (RICC) offers a parking facility that is easily accessible from all major highways and is connected to the RICC, Omni Providence Hotel and Providence Place Mall. They offer a state-of-the-art security system and a professionally trained staff, which translates into the most secure place to park in the City of Providence.

The RICC has recently updated its parking payment to a kiosk-based system, which allows you to pay inside the convention center. Please note, credit cards are the only form of payment accepted.
