We're excited to let you know we'll return outdoors to the Greenway every Sunday this summer, starting with our Opening Day on June 6 from 10 am - 3 pm across from 345 South Water Street in Providence.
Although we see the light at the end of the tunnel of Covid-19, we're not out of the woods yet so we'll have to start out slowly. The Flea will be set-up much the same as last August, as again we'll be operating under capacity with a smaller than usual market; requiring masks for vendors, staff and customers; practicing physical distancing; limiting maximum attendance; and pre-screening customers before entering the market.
Market areas will be roped off to encourage one-way traffic flow. Customers will still not be able to cut through the Flea between tents!
In addition to one-way shopping aisles with clearly marked entrances and exits, we'll have hand sanitizer for your use, and vendors will have to abide by specific sanitizing procedures to keep themselves, their products and you safe and sanitary. Leashed, well-behaved dogs will be welcome if space permits.
The good news is we'll welcome back many of your fave Flea vendors with the same great vintage finds, plus artisans, makers and a great lineup of food trucks, too. And there's always free on-street parking on Sundays.
