The Providence Culinary Collective, alongside the inaugural Rhode Island Wine Experience produced in partnership with RMO PR, features a standout collection of events, signature tastings, demos, and specially curated paired dinners honoring the city’s culinary legacy. March 27 | 4–7 PM Hope & Main Presents Foodcraft: An Evening of Global Flavors, Locally Made
Head to Hope & Main's downtown Providence location for a Makers Market-meets-cocktail party, with complimentary appetizers from RI’s diverse food entrepreneurs. Tickets are free but the first 100 guests to RSVP online receive a free specialty cocktail.
Chef's Choice Cooking Classes
Johnson & Wales University Chef's Choice Classes: Expert chefs will lead hands-on classes where participants can learn professional techniques and create exceptional dishes.
