PVD Weekday Deal
Small Meetings Special Incentive
GoProvidence is offering the PVD Weekday Deal, a flexible savings incentive to help you maximize your event budget. Book a qualifying weekday meeting in Providence and receive a $35 savings credit per reserved overnight room on a weekday peak night, applied directly to your hotel master account. Learn more below.
How it Works
1. Book your event through GoProvidence
2. Arrive Sunday–Thursday & stay at least two nights (not including Sat. night stays)
3. Receive a $35 savings credit per reserved overnight room on a weekday peak night
4. Apply your flexible savings to:
- Guest room charges
- Food & beverage
- Meeting space rental
- Audio visual and other contracted services
Providence single-hotel meetings with 10-200 rooms on peak, with groups arriving Sunday – Thursday (excluding Sat. night stays), receive a $35 savings credit per reserved overnight room on peak night.
Saturday night stays do not qualify for this incentive.
Minimum 2-night stay required.
Subject to availability and hotel participation.
This offer is only valid at participating Providence hotels.
New business opportunities are eligible. Repeat groups initially booked prior to the launch of this campaign (Sept. 21, 2023) are not eligible.
Groups must be booked through GoProvidence (Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau) to be eligible.
Incentive funds will be applied directly to group’s hotel master bill.

Cut Your Budget, Not Your Expectations
GoProvidence is offering a valuable meetings incentive for groups of a certain size who are staying in Providence and booking an event at the Rhode Island Convention Center. The PVD Real Deal offsets the rising costs of, well, everything, so we can help you keep your budget in check. Scroll down for details.
How It Works
1. Book your meeting or event through GoProvidence.
2. Host an event at the Rhode Island Convention Center (RICC).
3. Stay in more than one hotel in Providence, RI.
4. Contracted for 550 or more rooms on peak? Receive a $15,000 incentive and a meeting space rental reduction of 60% at the Rhode Island Convention Center.
5. Contracted for 750 or more rooms on peak? Receive a $20,000 incentive and a meeting space rental reduction of 65% at the Rhode Island Convention Center.
Groups contracting 550 or more rooms on peak are eligible for a $15,000 incentive and a meeting space rental reduction of 60% at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Funds are paid to offset convention center charges and applied as a credit to the master account at the center. Groups should have a historic food and beverage spend of $100,000 or more.
Groups contracting 750 or more rooms on peak are eligible for a $20,000 incentive and a meeting space rental reduction of 65% at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Funds are paid to offset convention center charges and applied as a credit to the master account as well. Groups should have a historic food and beverage spend of $120,000 or more.
This offer is valid for groups utilizing the Rhode Island Convention Center and more than one hotel in Providence, RI.
Groups must be booked through the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau (GoProvidence) to be eligible.
Offer applies to new business opportunities presented after March 12, 2024.
This incentive applies to groups arriving in 2025 through 2031.

(A Deal With Wheels)
One of Providence's biggest assets is its walkability, with restaurants, shopping and things to do within steps of hotels and the Rhode Island Convention Center. But we know that during a busy day of meetings and events, hopping on a shuttle to your hotel keeps things moving smoothly and efficiently. With the PVD Real DealPlus, groups receive valuable savings along with motorcoach shuttle service throughout the day. Find out more below.
How It Works
1. Book your meeting or event through GoProvidence.
2. Host an event at the Rhode Island Convention Center (RICC) or a qualifying Providence venue.
3. Stay in three or more hotels in Providence, RI.
4. Contracted for 800 or more rooms on peak (including a weekday) and at least $175,000 in food & beverage
at the RICC or qualifying venue? Receive complimentary motorcoach shuttle service for attendees to and from the Rhode Island Convention Center and contracted hotels within a certain distance throughout the day.
Groups contracting 800 or more rooms on peak (including a weekday) and a minimum of $175,000 in food and beverage contracted at the RICC are eligible for complimentary motorcoach shuttle service to and from the RICC (or primary Providence meeting venue) and contracted Providence hotels more than 1/3 mile from the meeting venue.
The service is available for an eight-hour period each primary meeting day.
This includes the availability of a higher number of coaches (adequate to support the attendee number) during peak hours, as well as continuous transportation throughout the day and off-peak hours.
Limited service will be available on a pre-meeting day to accommodate exhibitor setup if necessary.
This offer is valid for groups utilizing the Rhode Island Convention Center and three or more hotels in Providence, RI.
Groups must be booked through the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau (GoProvidence) to be eligible.
