Pick Your Perk:

• Eligible groups must utilize between 25–225 rooms per night for a minimum of two peak nights, with arrival of Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
• Thursday, Friday and Saturday night arrivals do not qualify for this incentive.
• This offer is only valid at participating Providence hotels.
• New business opportunities are eligible. Repeat groups initially booked prior to the launch of this campaign (Sept. 21, 2023) are not eligible.
• Groups must be booked through the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau (GoProvidence) to be eligible.
• Qualifying groups receive a choice of breakfast, lunch or all-day coffee break (valued up to $35 per room inclusive of tax and service charge) for one day, for the number of overnight rooms associated with the meeting or conference.
• Incentive funds will be applied directly to group’s hotel master bill.

PVD Real Deal:

• Groups contracting 550 or more rooms on peak are eligible for a $15,000 incentive and a meeting space rental reduction of 60% at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Funds are paid to offset convention center charges and applied as a credit to the master account at the center. Groups should have a historic food and beverage spend of $100,000 or more.
• Groups contracting 750 or more rooms on peak are eligible for a $20,000 incentive and a meeting space rental reduction of 65% at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Funds are paid to offset convention center charges and applied as a credit to the master account as well.  Groups should have a historic food and beverage spend of $120,000 or more.
• This offer is valid for groups utilizing the Rhode Island Convention Center and more than one hotel in Providence, RI.
• Groups must be booked through the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau (GoProvidence) to be eligible.
• Offer applies to new business opportunities presented after March 12, 2024. 
• This incentive applies to groups arriving in 2025 through 2031.
• There is a limited amount of funding allocated to this incentive program. The expiration of this promotion is at the discretion of the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau.

PVD Real Deal Plus:

• Groups contracting 800 or more rooms on peak (including a weekday) and a minimum of $175,000 in food and beverage contracted at the RICC are eligible for complimentary motorcoach shuttle service to and from the RICC (or primary Providence meeting venue) and contracted Providence hotels more than 1/3 mile from the meeting venue.
• The service is available for an eight-hour period each primary meeting day.
• This includes the availability of a higher number of coaches (adequate to support the attendee number) during peak hours, as well as continuous transportation throughout the day and off-peak hours.
• Limited service will be available on a pre-meeting day to accommodate exhibitor setup if necessary.
• This offer is valid for groups utilizing the Rhode Island Convention Center and three or more hotels in Providence, RI.
• Groups must be booked through the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau (GoProvidence) to be eligible.
• Offer applies to new business opportunities presented after March 12, 2024. 
• This incentive applies to groups arriving in 2025 through 2031.
