Undergoing massive renovations within the past five years, the athletic facilities at Big East stalwart Providence College, continue to improve. With an updated fitness center and ongoing renovations to on-campus multi-purpose fields and a gymnasium, PC is serious about their sports. Its hockey home, Schneider Arena, was most recently modified in 2009 and now features new seats, expanded locker rooms and hospitality facilities. The campus also boasts soccer fields, indoor tracks, softball fields, and the Friar Field Hockey and Lacrosse Complex, a $6 million state-of-the-art Astroturf facility.
