GAME DAY IN PROVIDENCE

Providence is an incredible sports city. There's plenty of activity nearly every weekend at the Amica Mutual Pavilion from October through April, featuring the Providence Bruins and Providence College Friars Men's Basketball team. With Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots and New England Revolution, just a quick 30-minute drive away, you're never too far from the action.

If the home team's out of town or you're just looking for a little more variety, we've got plenty of great restaurants and bars to grab a bite and watch your favorite teams wherever they may be playing. If you're looking for something to do before or after the game, tour the city from the water before it gets too cold with Providence Kayak Company, or head inside for some fun at Dave & Buster's. Book a hotel room and make a weekend getaway out of it.
