Dave's Fresh Marketplace: Recipe for a Super Football Party

Whether you're a sports fan or not, it's hard to escape the buzz around football's biggest game. And since our local favorite team has a starring role this year, we can't wait to watch the game, check out the new commercials and enjoy the halftime show. And no matter which team you're rooting for, there's one thing we can all agree on. It's really all about the food. We scoped out Dave's Fresh Marketplace's collection of recipes for everything you need to serve a super football spread.

For me, football food is always finger food. Anything you can pick up and eat in a couple bites is the way to go, so I love a good slider recipe, like their Hot Italian Sliders or Pizza Pull Apart Sliders. They're super easy and sure to keep your guests coming back for more. Complement them with dips like the Buffalo Chicken Hummus or some Pretzel Bites with Gouda Beer Cheese. Best of all, you can get all of the ingredients in one trip to Dave's Market.

Maybe you prefer to just watch the game, without the hassle of cooking. In that case, check out the prepared food section at Dave's and grab some party pizza or pre-made apps that you can just heat and serve. Or go one better, and have the whole party catered. With everything from sandwich platters and cheese boards to entrees like pulled pork or sausage and peppers for the whole crew, it's a tasty and affordable way to be the host with the most among your friends and family.
