At Dolores Mercado, we honor tradition and culture by showcasing the flavors of the Mixteca’s mercados, where food is enjoyed in a communal setting. Fresh-pressed tortillas are at the heart of our kitchen, made daily from nixtamalized masa. We import maíz from Mexico, nixtamalize, and grind it fresh each day to create masa for tortillas, tacos, and quesadillas. Every plate reflects Mexico’s rich heritage, blending time-honored techniques with heartfelt craftsmanship for a soulful and delicious dining experience.
