Following a successful 2024 season, Federal Hill's “Al Fresco on the Hill" returns June 14 and will run through Sept. 6, 2025, with restaurant seating expanded onto the street on Saturdays from 5 p.m.–12 a.m. Brought to you by the Federal Hill Commerce Association, "Al Fresco on the Hill" features restaurants, retailers, live entertainment and artistic performances.
Traffic will be open to vehicles from Bradford Street to Dean Street along Atwells Avenue, with participating restaurants in this area setting up parklet dining on the Avenue, right in front of their doors. Atwells Avenue, from Dean Street to Acorn Street, will be closed to all vehicle traffic from 3:30 p.m.– 2:30 a.m.
Reservations are suggested for this popular dining experience. Many participating restaurants offer valet parking. Additional on-street parking is available, as well as in paid valet lots at 126 Spruce St., 107 Federal St., 57 Sutton St., 90 DePasquale Ave. and 70 Dean St.
