You've probably heard the buzz about the upcoming Providence Culinary Collective, a new flavor of food festival launching in Providence March 27–30. With events like guest chef dinners, special tastings, chef's choice classes, exclusive wine experiences, food truck events and more, there's something for everyone. Back to Top of ListThe festival kicks off on Thursday with a local food entrepreneurs' market-meets-cocktail party and an evening of refined wine dinners celebrating exceptional vineyards and culinary craftsmanship.

A four-course dinner featuring wines from DuMol's 2022 vintage. Multiple seating times begin at 5 p.m., see website for additional times.
March 27 | 4–7 PM Hope & Main Presents Foodcraft: An Evening of Global Flavors, Locally Made
Head to Hope & Main's downtown Providence location for a Makers Market-meets-cocktail party, with complimentary appetizers from RI’s diverse food entrepreneurs. Tickets are free but the first 100 guests to RSVP online receive a free specialty cocktail.

Enjoy an extraordinary five-course dinner paired with high-end domestic wines from the exclusive Spire Collection. Dinner ticket holders may also attend an after-event at the Bellini Rooftop.
March 29 | 6 PM Celebration of Jacques Pépin at CHOP
Chefs from the Culinary Hub of Providence (CHOP) and culinary students from the Genesis Center, will present a multi-course menu paired with wines in honor of culinary legend Jacques Pépin.
March 29 | 8–10 PM "Sip With the Stars" Wine & Astronomy Night
Head to the Rooftop at the Providence G for an evening of stargazing, wine tasting, dessert bites, live entertainment, and even some pieces of "space" courtesy of the Rhode Island Museum of Natural History and Planetarium.
