We take an unconventional approach to ramen, blending Japanese and Chinese culinary traditions with New England ingredients and technique-driven cooking. Our noodles are made in-house using locally milled whole wheat flour from Massachusetts, creating bowls that are deeply comforting while distinctly our own.
