Three Nights of Lights in Providence, RI

Make the season bright during Providence’s Three Nights of Lights, presented by Dunkin'. This three-day festival of lights includes fun for the whole family, with free citywide events, all incorporating the theme of light.

Head downtown on Friday, Dec. 1 for the Providence tree lighting in front of City Hall, with live entertainment including the International Soul Brothers, Ballet RI, Santa and more.

On Saturday, Dec. 2, don't miss WaterFire's basin lighting, holiday market and a visit by Santa. Throughout the weekend, experience a new multimedia installation and live ensemble performance presented by Firstworks. Stroll through downtown and enjoy illuminated and activated art experiences by The Avenue Concept..

The weekend also features holiday shopping events, an ice sculpture garden and so much more holiday cheer. Browse below to start planning.

Dunkin' Fun

Friday, Dec. 1
Visit the Dunkin’ truck at the Trinity Beer Garden for some tasty samples. Dunkin' will also have an area for curling and an igloo with an ice bar offering samples as well. Dunkin’ mascot Cuppy Claus will be making an appearance.

Saturday, Dec. 2
During WaterFire, don't miss Dunkin’ on the IGT Patio (10 Memorial Blvd.) with a fun selfie station, an ice bar, Cuppy Claus, a prize wheel and donut samples.

The Dunkin’ team will also be outside of the URI vs. PC men's basketball game at The AMP PVD passing out gift cards and fun swag from 6–7:30 p.m.
