The meal starts with a shot of lobster bisque followed by a wild green salad and julienned endives in champagne vinaigrette. Diners then select from a variety of entrees including: fresh cut herb and garlic fettuccini with smoked grilled littlenecks, served in a brown butter cream sauce with shaved black truffle (a vegetarian option is available); salmon with lychee beurre blanc, lychee fruit and herbed roasted red bliss potatoes; duck confit and seared breast with blood orange coulis and orange demi-glace, served with brandied onion sweet potato mash; or hanger steak served with gorgonzola grits and horseradish crème fraiche.
