Give the kitchen a break this summer and let somebody else do the cooking during Providence Restaurant Weeks, July 11–24. Head to a long-time personal favorite or try something completely new among the nearly 40 participating restaurants. Participating restaurants will feature special offers for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner, and other limited-time deals.

“Providence Restaurant Weeks is always an exciting time of year because it showcases dozens of nationally-recognized restaurants throughout the state while making their best dishes extremely accessible,” said Kristen Adamo, president and CEO of the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau (PWCVB). “As leisure travel continues to pick up momentum and locals continue to support small businesses, this is the perfect opportunity for everyone to get a taste of the region’s world-class dining scene.”

A comprehensive list of all participating restaurants, along with their Restaurant Weeks menus, may be found at ProvidenceRestaurantWeeks.com. Guests are encouraged to share photos of their dishes on social media with #PVDEats.

Providence Restaurant Weeks is presented by the PWCVB and sponsored by Navigant Credit Union.

Also returning this weekend is the GoProvidence Visitor Information Center, now located at 233 Westminster St. This temporary pop-up location is easily accessible to visitors among the shops and restaurants of Downtown. The GoProvidence Visitor Information Center will be open July 8–Aug. 7, Thurs.–Sat., 10 a.m.–4 p.m.

Additionally, PopUp Rhody's Downtown Saturday Market will feature rotating pop-up vendors within the Visitor Center each Saturday beginning July 17. Participating vendors will be announced on the @PopUpRhody and @GoProvidence Instagram accounts.
