Rhode Island has a long history of showcasing its independent spirit. Even though large gatherings aren't possible right now, there is still fun to be had this Fourth of July. Bristol has rescheduled its Concert Series and some other fun events for the end of August, and there are still plans being worked out for other ways to celebrate the holiday throughout the state.
