The PWCVB's website, GoProvidence.com, is the primary call to action for the CVB's marketing and advertising promotions and is visited by more than 1 million visitors each year. As a PWCVB partner you receive a detailed listing on GoProvidence.com.
As a partner you will also be included in the PWCVB's Visitors Guide, GoProvidence. The primary fulfillment piece of the CVB, GoProvidence is produced twice a year and is a valuable resource for thousands of visitors, meeting planners and convention attendees.
The PWCVB's social media marketing efforts have skyrocketed over the past few years and expanded to include video. We have more than 180,000 followers across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. CVB partners are featured prominently across these channels.
The PWCVB's Visitor Information Center prominently displays partners' promotional materials for visitors to peruse. Partner information is also handed out at large city and statewide events, such as sporting event championships and conventions attracting thousands of delegates.
Partners have exclusive access to the PWCVB's confidential Convention Calendar, which provides the "who, what, when and where" about groups that are coming into the destination and how many attendees are expected.
Each month the PWCVB hosts a Partner Meeting at various partner business locations. These meetings offer industry-relevant educational information and the opportunity for partners to give business updates, as well as network with each other.
