The Providence Flea is holding its 13th Annual Holiday Markets, kicking off Thanksgiving weekend with the Black Friday Night Market on Nov. 29 from 5–9 p.m., indoors at the bright and spacious Farm Fresh RI Market Hall at 10 Sims Ave. in Providence. The Holiday Markets continue on four Sundays from Nov. 30 through Dec. 21 from 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
Each of the five markets features a different lineup of 85+ local vendors — with more than 250 vendors participating in all — and thousands of small-batch, locally sourced and handcrafted items throughout the month! You'll find artists, indie makers and vintage vendors showcasing original and handmade works, including pottery, crochet and knitwear and fiber arts, woodworks, glassworks, handcrafted jewelry, apothecary, soaps and candles, bakeshops, plants and florals, vintage holiday decor and so much more. Admission is always free with free off-street parking available in two lots.
Here's a sneak peek at some of our market highlights:

You'll find local artisans, crafters and indie makers with the most creative offerings for endless gift-giving options and home décor at the Flea's Holiday Markets. And they're new and different at every market. With thousands of one-of-a-kind items like these photo-realistic prints from Cassy Akouri Art, the options are almost endless. Buy one or a collection to display at the holidays!

We'll have a wide array of food vendors offering delectably handcrafted treats ready to go for you at every market. Each week you'll find makers and bakers with everything from babka, savory fresh baked cookies, local honey and chocolate — like these holiday bon bons — nougat and truffles from La Rose Chocolates. Get a holiday assortment in flavors like eggnog, bourbon caramel pecan, fruitcake and candy cane! Freshly made and handcrafted in Rhode Island.

'Tis the season for bling, and you'll find a style for everyone on your list with must-have hand-crafted and found collections from at least a dozen different jewelry vendors at each market. For gifting (or keeping!), these vermeil beauties are from Evenfall Jewelry. Wear one or layer them for dramatic effect — the Cross Your Heart pendant, the Shield and the Dagger — and bring some seriously envy-inducing vibes to your next holiday party.

We'll have literally thousands of gifts in every artist's medium available, including ceramic, stained-glass, canvas, photography and wood, like these custom, laser-cut and layered wood ornaments for all your favorite coastal towns from Coastal Carve Engravings. Leave them up all year-round!

Brighten your day as you warm up from the cold while sipping your coffee, tea or soup in one of these colorfully designed mugs from Sarah Williams Ceramics. With plates, bowls and other functional items from Sarah, you can create a complete setting for your home or for someone on your very nice list.

Don't forget the family's furry friends. Check out all of the adorable merch worthy of everyone's best friend, like these super-cute collars from Dusidog, perfect for keeping your pooch stylish and Insta-ready this season.

"Rooted in Rhode Island, crafted for the coast and made for those who like to keep it salty," The Salty Quahog offers up lots of Rhody love in her holiday drop of all things coastal. We dare you to choose among her witty and whimsical tees, sweatshirts, prints and more. Who could resist this RI "Ugly Sweater" crewneck in icy blue.

Revel in vintage finds and holiday décor from our lineup of vintage vendors with all the nostalgia at the Holiday Markets. From repurposed sleds, collectible Santas and elves, vintage bottle brush trees to ornaments, tree trimming finds and more, you'll find it at the Flea. A few lucky ones might score a highly collectible ceramic tree like this vintage, hand-glazed specimen from McCarthy Vintage. With different vendors at every market, it's "catch as catch can," so don't miss a single one!

Wafting their way through the market halls are delicious scents from dozens of candle "flavors" in handcrafted and festive vessels such as this Gingerbread Cookie from Candles by Danielle. Great for stocking stuffers and gift-giving, especially for those who can't bake! Find more hand-poured candles, handcrafted soaps and small batch apothecary gifts that are a staple at each of the Holiday Fleas.

The holidays wouldn't be complete without music! Choose from among these vintage recordings of all the greatest artists with various holiday compilations for the season. You'll find handpicked vinyl from Veer Records in endless genres to fit your mood and holiday spirit.
Warm up with locally roasted hot coffee, handcrafted holiday spirits and craft beers from Farm Fresh tenants as you hunt for the perfect gift. Delicious street eats are available from food trucks outdoors and purveyors indoors, and shoppers can take a break at the cafe seating indoors in the South Hall. Head to providenceflea.com or @providenceflea on social media for more information on featured vendors, indoor happenings and festivities.
Happy holidays, shop local first, and we'll see you at the Flea!
