Fourth of July is just around the corner and you know what that means. It's time to bust out the grill and cook up some burgers and hot dogs. For your health-conscious pals, Dave's Fresh Marketplace has just the thing. This Burger Bowl is a quick and easy way to turn a burger into a salad in just five steps.

Servings: 4-6 Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Method of Preparation:
Add ground beef to a skillet over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Crumble beef and cook until browned.
While the beef is cooking, mix the ingredients together for the dressing (mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper) until smooth.
Assemble the salad: lettuce, diced tomatoes, ground beef, sliced avocado, shredded cheese, diced pickles, crumbled bacon and sliced onion.
Drizzle with dressing and toss to mix.
